REPLICATING THE EXPERIENCE OF PERSONAL TRAINING

Be Victorious (BeV) replicates the experience of personal training thanks to Artificial Intelligence. Based on your goals, we create 12-week workout programs customised to your specific needs, and your level of fitness. We put a strong emphasis on how to correctly perform exercises, to maximize results and minimize injuries. The instructions from our coaches are essential, and we also look after the mental aspect of training, to keep you engaged and achieve long-lasting results.



Workout anytime, anywhere: at home, on holiday, at the gym or during your business trips. Focus on bodyweight or choose to use basic equipment (dumbbells). You can also choose if to focus on full body plans vs upper vs lower. Workouts last c.30-35 minutes.



You can skew your workouts on strength or cardio, or equally balance these aspects to boost endurance. You can also choose if to tilt the focus on fully body, upper body or lower body. You can workout using your mobile network, wifi or download a workout for offline use. The app allows you to deviate from the 12-week plan by constructing an off-plan workout.
